Enjoy and participate in an Edgewater tradition: Luminaria Night! Line your sidewalks with luminaries (white candle-lit bags weighted with sand) at dusk on Saturday, December 19. The night is made event more spectacular because adjacent neighborhood Churchill's Grove also participates, and we share duties placing luminaries all the way across the Auburn Street Bridge!
Bags can be purchased at Village Green on North Main (before, during, and after the official Membership Drive and Luminary Sale from 9 - 3 on December 5!) or Ace Hardware at Edgebrook Shopping Center. Many households chose to collect milk cartons throughout the year to use instead; mason jars also work well!
We hope you will participate and encourage your immediate neighbors to do the same.
